Southwestern Vermont Medical Center has announced the appointment of Kelsey Pierce, PA, as a physician assistant in the hospital’s ExpressCare department.
Pierce is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine and Boston College, both in Boston. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
“ExpressCare has the resources to treat patients of all ages with a variety of needs,” Pierce said. “I am happy to join this team and use my skills providing the care patients require when they are in need.”
SVMC’s ExpressCare provides convenient, same-day service every day—including weekends and holidays—for anyone who needs care without an appointment. The practice treats minor illnesses and injuries, including those requiring laboratory testing and X-ray and other imaging services.
SVMC ExpressCare is located in Suite 111 of the Medical Office Building at 140 Hospital Drive in Bennington. The practice is open 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. daily. No appointment is necessary.
