Vermont Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired hires development coordinator & grant writer

The Vermont Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (VABVI) has announced the new Development Coordinator & Grant Writer Julia Connell, from Walpole, MA. Julia is a recent graduate of the University of Vermont Class of 2015, having majored in Public Communication. She was previously employed at the University of Vermont Foundation and has interned in the Community and Economic Development Office (CEDO) of the City of Burlington. We are so excited for her to join our team of dedicated professionals!

VABVI was founded in 1926 with the assistance of Helen Keller and the American Foundation for the Blind. We are the only private, non‑profit organization in the state providing comprehensive support services for visually impaired Vermonters of all ages. VABVI offices are located in Brattleboro, Montpelier, Rutland and South Burlington.
