Boys & Girls Club recognize Vermont Agency Foundation

The Boys & Girls Club recently presented The Vermont Agency Foundation and Randy and Jessica Raner with the prestigious “Champion of Youth” plaque recognizing those who through words, actions and financial support show unwavering dedication to improving the lives of youth in our community.

To quote Mary Alice McKenzie, Executive Director, “The Vermont Agency Foundation and the Raners are always there for our Club. When we need great ideas, they have great ideas. When we need resources for our programs, they provide resources. When we need someone to clean the Club, they clean the club. In every way imaginable, they are helping Club kids to be safe and to be their best.”

The mission of the Boys and Girls Club is to inspire and enable community youth, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, healthy, responsible and caring citizens. Randy has been an active board member since 2009.

The Vermont Agency Foundation is key to the mission of The Vermont Agency, allowing The Vermont Agency to dramatically impact the lives of others. The Foundation was created to provide The Vermont Agency agents and staff with the opportunity to be philanthropic, to be civically responsible and to leave a lasting legacy.

The Vermont Agency Foundation was formed more than 15 years ago and to date has donated over $400,000 in support of local charities.
