Megan J. Humphrey, Director of HANDS, has announced the election of board members Carla Bond, Holly Cluse, and Lynne Reed. HANDS (Helping and Nurturing Diverse Seniors) is a Vermont non-profit striving to fill gaps in getting food to older Vermonters.
