KeyBank has announced that Amy Mailloux has been promoted to regional manager, Business Payment Sales for the Northeast. She is responsible for continuing KeyBank’s commitment to helping Vermont businesses of all sizes employ treasury services and payment solutions to make their businesses more effective and poised to succeed in the market.
Mailloux has more than 30 years of experience serving the small business, government, corporate and middle-market customers. She earned her Certified Treasury Professional designation in 1997, and the Associates in Captive Insurance certification in 2013. Her experience includes relationship management, fraud prevention and resolution, commercial lending, administration, cash management solutions, team building and coaching. She is a frequent guest speaker at finance events and a local expert on financial challenges. KeyBank customers will continue to benefit from her experience as she continues to work with her team to deliver value, best in class treasury solutions and excellence in service.
Over the course of her professional career she has served on numerous boards and executive committees including as a member of Mercy Connections and the Chittenden County Court Diversion Program boards. She is a member of the Communications Committee for the Vermont Captive Insurance Association and former president and committee member of the Queen City Police Foundation. Mailloux serves as a member of the Champlain College Stiller School of Business Leadership Council and as a parish council member for her church.
