The Retrovest Company is pleased to announce that Tom Currell has joined the organization as a Principal of the firm. Tom has worked with Retrovest in a consulting capacity since 2013 and brings over 23 years of experience in real estate development, project finance, public private partnerships, and urban revitalization. Over his career Tom has managed the development of more than 1,000 units of multi-family housing in addition to senior housing, mixed-use and single family housing development projects in multiple metropolitan locations. Much of his work has focused on the remediation of environmentally impacted sites, in core urban neighborhoods, where new development projects provided mixed income housing restoration that helped to reknit the fabric of the community. Among his projects Tom completed some of the first large scale multi-family developments in the country which achieved LEED for Homes and LEED for Neighborhood Development Certification. Tom is bringing his passion for design, sustainability and connections with the natural environment to The Retrovest Company. As a member of the Retrovest team he is responsible for helping advance our mission to enhance the social livability and environmental sustainability of urban communities with an emphasis on quality, human scale design.
