Adam Hergenrother and UPN receive business innovator awards at Keller Williams Realty international event

Adam Hergenrother, Operating Principal of KW Vermont and CEO of Universal Properties Network (UPN), was honored to receive recognition for blazing the trail for real estate expansion (opening teams outside of a Realtor's core market area) at the annual Keller Williams Realty Family Reunion Awards Lunch in Orlando in early February. Hergenrother and UPN were named the #1 Business Innovator in Units (with 300 units closed in 2014) and the #2 Business Innovator in GCI (with $1.6 Million in 2014).

While attending the national Keller Williams Realty event, Hergenrother also presented about Mega Agent Expansion, which Training Magazine applauded in their January-February 2015 issue. Furthermore, Training Magazine named Keller Williams the #1 training organization in the world. Earlier that day, Keller Williams also announced that it was the largest real estate franchise in the world by agent count, netting 17,000 associates in 2014, increasing their worldwide associate count to more than 112,000.

"I am excited to be part of KW at such an important time," said Hergenrother. "Our growth as a franchise is a direct result of our superior training and education programs and KW's dedication to putting the agent first - philosophies which I apply to my market center, my real estate team, and all of my organizations."

They have since launched in Hartford, CT, Cranston, RI, and Portsmouth, NH with plans to open 150+ additional UPN teams in the next 5 years.
