PRIMMER announces employee changes

PRIMMER, a full service regional law firm has announced that attorney Mark Scribner has become a shareholder in the firm and attorney Alexandra Clauss has been promoted to of counsel.

Mark Scribner concentrates his practice in the areas of financial services, banking, business transactions, real estate and securities law. Mark advises banking and non-banking financial institution clients on a broad range of legal issues, including commercial and consumer lending, financings, investment transactions and loan restructuring. Mark represents developers, business owners, resorts, manufacturers and securities issuers in connection with economic development projects throughout the United States that rely on foreign investment pursuant to the EB-5 visa program overseen by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service. He also advises a variety of business clients in connection with organizational, financing and transactional issues.

Alexandra Clauss practices in Primmer’s employment law group. She regularly advises corporate clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws. Alexa provides counseling, both before and after a lawsuit is commenced, on the following types of matters: wage-and-hour laws, audits, leave laws, the disability accommodation process, discrimination claims, performance management, discipline and termination processes, reductions in force, drug testing, employee privacy and social media issues. She also routinely reviews and prepares policies, handbooks, employment agreements, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, severance agreements and other employment-related documents.
