Lee Fox has joined BlackRock Construction as Project Manager. BlackRock Construction, a division of Hergenrother Realty Group, is an assemblage of award-winning construction and development professionals headquartered in Colchester, VT.
Lee has a diverse background and over 15 years of experience in the construction development and home-building industry. Throughout his career, he has been an integral part of nationally recognized and award-winning teams, partnered with publicly traded home builders, managed multi-million dollar luxury home builds and remodels for private clients, as well as worked on commercial construction projects, residential land developments, historic home renovations, and adaptive reuse projects.
Lee believes in continually innovating his approach while always focusing on a solid foundation of core values and guiding principles, with the penultimate principle being: doing the right thing the first time. By building strong, loyal teams and providing unwavering attention to customer service and client relationships, Lee creates a streamlined home buying process. He is truly passionate about the process and the construction industry and embraces each new experience with open eyes and ears.
