Sterling Ridge announces first online VT ambassador graduate

A Vermont owned resort known for its hospitality and unique Vermont experience, Sterling Ridge Resort, and the State of Vermont have announced that Jessica Bonath, of Sterling Ridge Resort as the first (online) graduate of the Vermont Ambassador program.

“The Vermont Ambassador program is a series of online classes focused on Vermont branding, state parks, history, heritage and more. Through our online Ambassador Training, Jessica improved her Vermont knowledge with videos, slide shows, presentation outlines and helpful resources.” said Megan Smith, Vermont Tourism Commissioner. “We are so proud of her!”

Jessica has been with Sterling Ridge Resort for just over 4 years and is involved with marketing, guest services as well as helping out where needed in all parts of the resort. Her knowledge, combined with Lynn Hanley, Rayeann Rogers, Sue and Scott Peterson and the rest of the staff, is equivalent to just over 150 years of experience in Vermont!

The training is free and geared specifically to Vermont’s travel and hospitality-related businesses. A certified Vermont State Ambassador is an expert in hospitality and customer service with the goal of improving the stay of Vermont’s visitors.
