Bill Orleans, president of PP&D Brochure Distribution and the BLUE MAP, has become of a member of the Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce Board.
He has been a member of the Tourism Committee for the past twenty-five years and is currently a co-chairperson of that committee. “I’m hoping to add my experience in tourism to the board and increase the focus on promoting Burlington,” Orleans says.
PP&D, founded in 1981, is headquartered on Pine Street in Burlington. It has ten employees, five vans, and thousands of boxes of brochures. PP&D manages over 700 brochure displays in Vermont, New York and New Hampshire.
Some of their over 300 clients include: Magic Hat Brewery, Church Street Marketplace, Stowe Mountain Resort, Dakin Farms, Spirit of Ethan Allen, Skinny Pancake, Ben & Jerry’s, Jay Peak Resort, Cabot Creamery and the Vermont Country Store.
