The NVDA board of directors has elected new officers at their recent annual meeting:
President, Fred Saar (Caledonia); Vice Presidents Mark Whitworth (Caledonia); Joel Cope (Essex); John Morley (Orleans); Secretary-Treasurer John Ward (Orleans).
NVDA serves fifty-five towns and approximately 64,500+ people. Every municipality in Caledonia, Essex and Orleans counties is asked to designate a board member to serve as town liaison for regional planning and economic development. Towns may also appoint alternate members. At-large members from citizen interest groups and NEK legislators also serve on the board.
