BAYADA home Health Care today announced that Kristi Cross, RN, BSN has been named associate director of the Bennington home health care office. Born and raised in Bennington, Cross will manage the team and oversee all operations of the office, which provides nursing and therapy to adults and seniors in Bennington County. BAYADA’s other office in Bennington provides nursing and assistive (personal) care services.
“I’m thrilled to have Kristi lead the Bennington home health office,” said Celine McGill, division director for BAYADA in Vermont. “She is dedicated to helping people remain safe at home with comfort, independence, and dignity. I’m confident she will help us provide high quality home health care services to more and more people in the Bennington area.”
Cross has more than a decade of experience as a registered nurse, working in acute, sub-acute, long-term care, and home health care settings. In 2012, Cross joined BAYADA as a field clinician, and was promoted to clinical manager and then associate director. Cross received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2011, and is currently attending the college’s Masters of Science in Nursing program with a concentration in executive nursing. She received an Associate of Science Degree in Nursing from Southern Vermont College in 2004.
