Presented by Brig. Gen. Michael Heston, Spc. Wynn Roberts received a coin and a letter from Gen. Frank Grass, Chief, National Guard Bureau, for his performance at the 2014 Chief, National Guard Bureau Biathlon Championships. He placed 2nd in the Men's Sprint and 1st in the Men's Pursuit, as well as assisting the VT team in winning the 1st place team award.
Wynn also represented Vermont, the NGB, and his country in the 2010 Olympics and is presently is training with our National Guard Development Team with high hopes of heading to his 2nd Olympics in 2018. SPC Roberts is also a proud member of E Co, 186BSB out of Morrisville and attended JRTC this past summer with his unit.
