HMC Advertising has announced promotions to the leadership team at HMC.
“These promotions recognize the hard work, passion, and positive contributions that each of these individuals have made, and are an important aspect of continuing the success and growth of the company,” President Tom Holmes said regarding the changes.
Susan Weeks joins the leadership team as Marketing Director. In the last three years, she’s worked diligently as part of the new business team, helping HMC expand its client roster. She has also been instrumental in building strong relationships with current clients, and played in integral role in developing and managing award-winning campaigns for Green Mountain Power and the Vermont Department of Health. Susan will bring her passion and commitment to her new role, mentoring and managing the marketing team at HMC, as well as continuing her efforts to forge strategic partnerships and offer top-notch client services.
Katie Rutherford takes on the role of Associate Creative Director. Her time as an Art Director has exposed her to the inner-workings of the creative needs of HMC’s roster of clients, and uniquely positions her to take on a leadership role for the creative team. Her past work includes brand development and design for Green Mountain Power, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont, It’sOKtoAsk, 802Quits, and Sandri. Moving forward, Katie will continue to take the lead on all aspects of design, and run point on the development of campaigns and creative solutions.
