ESP provides company sponsored retirement plans such as 401(k) as well as employee benefits through their strategic partner Connected Benefits of Colchester, VT.
With the growth of Cussimanio joining, ESP is expanding its Innovative Wellness Program, which focuses on Financial Wellness Workshops. These workshops address real life financial needs such as creating a budget, college planning, retirement income and more. ESP also offers access to the SAGE Tuition Rewards program. A program that credits 401(k) participants 5% of their account balance annually toward college tuition credits. Individual accounts such as IRAs and Investment Accounts are eligible as well.
