S. W. Cole Engineering, Inc. appoints regional managers

S. W. Cole Engineering, Inc. (S.W.COLE) is pleased to recognize two of its employees who have been promoted to regional managers of Construction Services. These leadership positions involve each manager taking a regional focus on construction materials testing operations, to assist with mentoring of technicians and construction service managers, technical training, customer service, and business development.

Russell Bragg has been appointed as the Northern Regional Manager of Construction Services. Russ is based in Bangor, Maine and has over 30 years of experience in construction materials testing. He has performed or actively managed testing for thousands of construction projects. Russ has actively been involved and held leadership/officer positions with the Maine Concrete Technician Certification Board and Associated Constructors of Maine.

Scott Harmon has been appointed as the Southern Regional Manager of Construction Services for S.W.COLE. Scott is based in Somersworth, New Hampshire. His over 25 years of construction industry experience is complemented by his knowledge of associated laboratory testing and his management experience. His responsibilities at S.W.COLE include contract development and negotiations as well as project management. He is recognized by clients for his communication, customer service skills, and being part of successful project teams.

S.W.COLE provides laboratory and field services to measure the conformance of the materials and construction of your project to the project specifications. S.W.COLE services clients from eight regional laboratory facilities in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
