A Ground Breaking Ceremony was held on June 13, 2014 for the new Yankee Farm Credit building at 320 Exchange Street in Middlebury, Vermont. Bread Loaf Corporation also of Middlebury is providing Integrated Project Management services for design and construction of the new 4,300 square foot office building. Construction began June 11th with completion expected in November 2014. The building design features two large light monitors that provide daylight to open offices below. A brick exterior was selected to maximize long-term durability. A highly efficient mechanical system and exterior wall insulation will lead to low annual energy consumption. Yankee Farm Credit is excited for this new facility to serve their regional clients.
