White + Burke Real Estate Investment Advisors, Inc. has announced the addition of Joe Weith to the company in the position of senior project manager. Joe joins the team developing commercial real estate throughout Vermont on behalf of clients. Prior to joining White + Burke, Joe was Director of Real Estate for Bruegger’s Bagels, a 300+ unit fast-casual restaurant concept headquartered in Burlington. As director of real estate, he was responsible for managing the real estate holdings of the company including securing sites for new restaurants, conducting market and trade area analysis, preparing and implementing corporate growth strategies, overseeing lease administration/disposition and property sales, and working closely with design/construction on new store projects. Prior to Bruegger’s, Joe was Director of Planning and Zoning for the City of South Burlington. He holds a Masters in Urban Planning & Policy from the University of Illinois @ Chicago, and a Bachelor degree from the University of Vermont. Joe is the past President of the Northern New England Chapter of the American Planning Association, and has served on the Board of Directors of Burlington City Arts and the Burlington City Arts Foundation. Joe has also volunteered on various committees in the Village of Essex Junction, where he resides with his wife, two sons and daughter.
