Primmer has announced that Randall Wachsmann has become a shareholder of the firm effective January 1, 2014.

Randy joined Primmer in 2002 and advises clients on a broad variety of business and insurance regulatory matters. He concentrates his practice on corporate, captive insurance and other insurance-related transactions. Randy has more than twelve years of experience assisting clients with the structuring and operation of captive insurance companies. He has significant experience working with reciprocal insurers and other group captives. He has counseled clients with respect to compliance matters, reinsurance agreements and a variety of transactions, including mergers, conversions, redomestications, loss portfolio transfers and demutualizations. Randy is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law.
