Maple Leaf Farm hires clinical case manager

Maple Leaf Farm has hired Angelique Schultz as a clinical case manager. Angelique holds a BA and MA from Johnson State College and is currently enrolled in the Master of Science Program at Southern New Hampshire University. She was previously employed by Northwest Counseling and Support Services in St. Albans and most recently completed a 600 hour Counseling Internship at Maple Leaf Farm.

Maple Leaf Farm is a 41-bed residential substance abuse treatment center licensed by the State of Vermont and is nationally accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Last year, 774 patients spent 13,703 days at Maple Leaf Farm. In the last five years, over 3,800 men and women from every walk of life throughout Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts have addressed their substance abuse in the non-judgmental and supportive environment offered at the Farm.
