Norwich welcomes new special projects coordinator

The Norwich University Office of Communications welcomes Lindsay Cahill Lord to its staff as the new special projects coordinator in charge of the annual William E. Colby Military Writers Symposium as well as other duties.

Lord, of Montpelier, came on staff beginning on Monday, Dec. 2, 2013, from the Vermont Chamber of Commerce, where since May 2011 she worked in publications, marketing and education programs. Lord served most recently as the Chamber’s marketing and education coordinator.

In addition to leading the annual William E. Colby Military Writers Symposium and related Colby prize, Lord will also support the annual Todd Lecture Series and act internally as the point of contact in the Office of Communications for all university communications projects including marketing and publicity efforts.

“I am so honored to have the opportunity to put my education and experience to work for Norwich University and to join the Office of Communications team,” Lord said.
