Powdr Corp. and Killington Resort Present a Check for $50,000 at the Andrea Mead Lawrence Lodge Ribbon Cutting.
Many celebrated the ribbon cutting and grand opening of the Andrea Mead Lawrence Lodge at Pico Mountain and new home and state headquarters - the Turtle Ridge Center.
The host resort, Killington Resort, and its parent company, Powdr Corp., surprised the center with an additional $50,000 toward their fundraising campaign. This brings in $100,00 of the fundraising goal.
Going forward, all donations of $250 or more will be included on the outside donor wall. Donations of $500 or more receive a plaque of recognition in the donor lobby on the second floor.
