Regina Darmoni of Timely Transformations on the TEDx Stage

Regina Darmoni, co-founder of Timely Transformations, a professional development consulting practice located in Waitsfield, spoke recently at TEDx, Drexel University under the theme, “The NeXt Thing in…”

TEDx events are presented under license from TED. The TEDx format consists of “short talks, demonstrations and performances on a wide range of subjects, to foster learning, inspiration, and wonder – and to provoke conversations that matter.”

In her 22 minute talk focused on mentoring, Regina argues that all professional employees – not just those identified as ‘high potential’ - should participate in a series of rotational assignments in different parts of their companies prior to settling on one assignment and career path. She is the author of “Real Mentors Tell You This” and has had a successful executive career at IBM Corporation where she has been generously mentored, and in turn mentors a large number of employees encouraging job rotations as a career enhancing opportunity.

The talk is viewable on YouTube and the Timely Transformations website.
