The ribbon is cut by owners Chelsea Felion and Jeremy Griffin at the Rutland Region Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting at the Toy Factory. The Toy Factory is now open at 46 Diamond Mall Run Place, Suite 550 in the Diamond Run Mall in Rutland Town. Toy Factory offers a great selection of toys for children of all ages.
