Scott Boardman and Bruce Lisman join board of directors of PC Construction

PC Construction is pleased to welcome two new members to the company’s board of directors.

Scott Boardman and Bruce Lisman will join current members Peter Bernhardt, Kevin McCarthy, Paul Perrault and Owen Wells on the board of the 100 percent employee-owned company. Boardman has served as the president of Hickok & Boardman Inc. since 1994, prior to which he served as vice president, executive vice president, and chief operating officer. He is a past president and board member of the Vermont Insurance Agents Association and has served on the boards of Mater Christi School, Sara Holbrook Center and Trinity College. Additionally, Boardman is a director of Merchants Bank, Lake Mansfield Trout Club and A.N. Deringer, Inc.

Lisman was chairman of the Global Equities Division for JPMorgan Chase & Co. before retiring in 2009. Prior to this he held the position of co-head of global equities at Bear Stearns Companies. He has served on boards for many organizations, including Central Vermont Public Service, HS Broadcasting, National Life, Pace University, the Shelburne Museum, The University of Vermont (chairman) and Vermont Symphony Orchestra. Lisman has been a lead supporter of the Boys and Girls Club’s Early Promise Program and was named Champlain College’s 2011 Distinguished Citizen. Today, he focuses on efforts supporting the economic security of Vermont families as a founding officer of Campaign for Vermont.
