Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer PC welcomes new attorney

Primmer is pleased to announce that Matthew Delude has joined our law firm. Matthew has experience in the following areas: commercial and appellate litigation, bankruptcy, financial services, insurance litigation, securities litigation, arbitration, statutory construction, commercial real estate and first amendment. He will be working out of our Manchester, NH office.

Prior to joining Primmer, Matthew practiced law at one of the leading international law firms in the country where he represented clients in matters before the United States Supreme Court and other federal courts. As part of that experience, Matthew represented clients in an ongoing estate litigation dispute that resulted in what has been regarded as the most significant bankruptcy decision issued by the United States Supreme Court in the last 25 years.

Matthew received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor for the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal, a publication that provides scholarly insight into major legal and business issues affecting the insurance industry. As the Managing Editor, Matthew co-authored and published an article that explored the use of the Second Restatement of Contracts as a tool for addressing common insurance law issues.
