Vermont Teddy Bear Co. continues to add to their staff

In July the Information Technology Department at The Vermont Teddy Bear Company welcomed Daniel Lefebvre as the new Application Developer for the websites and supporting systems. This position will help design, develop and grow great ecommerce websites for the multiple brands of Vermont Teddy Bear. Daniel comes to VTB with 12 years of Web programming and marketing specialist experience. His previous position was with a national non-profit as a Director of Software Development.

Christina LaMonda joined The Vermont Teddy Bear crew as a Core employee in July working as an Order Processing Agent. This position facilitates printing and sorting all daily orders, as well as enters all personalization text for orders. Christina started with VTB as a seasonal employee in the Fulfillment department in November 2012. Throughout her seasonal employment period she also worked in Production and the Warehouse.

In August, Dorian Reinhardt transitioned into the Inventory Control department at The Vermont Teddy Bear Company as a Divisional Inventory Control Liaison. This position is responsible for accelerated tracking procedures, gathering, entering and preparing monthly hard good and supply inventory numbers. She joins the department after working in the Warehouse for over a year. Dorian has worked for VTB since August of 2010. She started out as a seasonal Contact Center employee and was made Core in April of 2011. Also to join the IC department as a Divisional Inventory Control Liaison this August was Ayla Garrison. Ayla comes to VTB with a Returns Manager background.

In July, Michaela LaBounty was promoted to Warehouse Specialist III at The Vermont Teddy Bear Co. This position will perform all daily warehouse distribution tasks and transportation responsibilities. Michaela started with VTB in 2011 as a seasonal employee working in fulfillment. She was made Core in June 2012 as a Warehouse Specialist and then transitioned into the Order Processing Print Room in December.

Stephen Moore joined The Vermont Teddy Bear Company as the Warehouse Receiving Lead. This position will be responsible for monitoring work flow throughout the Receiving and Warehouse departments. Stephen comes to us from the restaurant industry where he worked as a manager at a resort.
