James J. Pergolizzi IV who recently joined the law firm of Paul Frank + Collins P.C., has recently been admitted to the Vermont bar during a ceremony at the Vermont Supreme Court.
Mr. Pergolizzi is a member of the Property + Development team at Paul Frank + Collins. His practice focuses on commercial real estate purchase and sale, development, finance and lease transactions. He has over 4 years of experience in this area from his work at a firm in Rochester, New York. Mr. Pergolizzi received his B.A. in Sociology-Anthropology and Music from Middlebury College in 2004. He received his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law in 2009, where he concentrated his studies in the areas of environmental, energy and real property law.
