The PHR certification signifies that Ms. Brines possesses the theoretical knowledge and practical experience in human resource management necessary to pass a rigorous examination demonstrating a mastery of the field.
Ms. Brines is a member of the Employment + Labor, Litigation, and Property + Development teams at Paul Frank + Collins. Her practice focuses on a wide range of employment issues, including workforce management, workplace investigations, and employment litigation, as well as property and general civil litigation, and work with non-profit organizations. She is a 2008 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law.
