Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty welcomes Molly Turner, rental specialist

Having worked in Greater Boston as a Rental Agent and later in accounting for Gibson Sotheby’s International, Molly Turner brings real estate experience to her new position. As Rental Specialist for Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty, Molly will be responsible for developing and managing the firm’s rental department representing landlords, providing tenant searches, managing lease negotiations, and supporting our Agents and Relocation Department.

Molly’s connection to Vermont began with her family spending many summers on Lake Champlain. After spending years in real estate including specializing as a rental agent in Boston’s Beacon Hill, Molly moved to Vermont to be closer to her family and attend graduate school at St. Michael’s College. Most recently, she was the Administrative Coordinator to Ben and Jerry, co-founders of Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream.

In 2011, Molly was recognized by Vermont Business Magazine, with the “Rising Star Award: 40 Under 40.” The Award recognizes young leaders for their commitment to business growth, professional excellence, and involvement in their community. Molly’s involvement in our region is extensive. She currently serves as Secretary of the Board for the Vermont Young Professionals, a networking and professional development organization for young Vermonters. She is currently or has served as an active volunteer for the Intervale Center; a member of the Ben & Jerry’s Community Action Team; and as a member of the planning & advertising committee for the Isle La Motte Farmers’ Market.
