PF+C Director, Mark Hall has been reappointed as a hearing panel member for the Vermont Supreme Court Professional Responsibility Board for his third term. The Professional Responsibility Program is a regulation system for the legal profession which helps resolve complaints against attorneys, investigates and disciplines attorney misconduct, and assists attorneys and the public by providing education, advice, referrals, and other information designed to maintain and enhance the standards of professional responsibility. The role of a hearing panel member is to adjudicate all formal disciplinary and disability proceedings.
Mr. Hall is a member of the Litigation and Property + Development teams at Paul Frank + Collins. His practice encompasses civil trial, regulatory and appellate litigation with a special concentration in the areas of land use, environmental, real estate, and construction law. Attorney Hall has represented clients before the Vermont Supreme Court, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. This will be Mr. Hall’s third two-year term as a hearing panel member.
