Allen Webster appointed state chair of ACTEC

Paul Frank + Collins Of Counsel, Allen D. Webster, CPA, has recently been appointed Vermont State Chair by the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) for the 2013-14 College year. ACTEC is a national organization of approximately 2,600 lawyers elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors. As Vermont State Chair, Mr. Webster will be responsible for coordinating communications and arranging meetings with Vermont fellows, assisting with the organization of New England Regional meetings, and representing Vermont at ACTEC national meetings.

Attorney Webster works on the Business Services + Taxation, Commercial Finance, and Trusts + Estates teams at Paul Frank + Collins. He has lectured extensively on estate planning and tax matters throughout the United States and Canada. Mr. Webster has been a fellow of ACTEC since 1997, and has held the position of Vermont State Chair for three years.
