Donald A. Woodworth, III admitted to Vermont Bar

Donald A. Woodworth, III, who joined Merritt & Merritt & Moulton in 2012, has recently been admitted to the Vermont bar. Don received his B.A. in history with a minor in Spanish from Northwestern University. He earned a J.D. from the University Of Denver Sturm College Of Law and was admitted to the Colorado bar in 2006. After receiving his J.D., Don worked at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP in Denver where he specialized in general corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Recently, Don received an M.B.A. from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, which he attended as a Fulbright Scholar. Don speaks native-level Spanish and, in his free time, he enjoys international travel, sampling fine wine and hiking with his wife.
