WEST, Inc., a leader in environmental and statistical consulting, is pleased to announce the addition of two new team members in our Waterbury, Vermont office.
April Moulaert is a Project Manager/Biologist with WEST in the Waterbury, VT office. She received her B.S. in Natural Resources from Cornell University and her M.S. in Soil Science from North Carolina State University. April has extensive experience working with wetlands and is a Professional Wetland Scientist. Her experience includes wetland delineation, wetland functional assessment preparation, wetland permitting, and wetland restoration and mitigation planning.
WEST provides environmental and statistical consulting services and contract research nationally and internationally to industry, government, and private organizations. We offer clients a unique combination of field ecology and statistics to help solve on-going and contemporary natural resource problems.
Meghan Lout is a Project Manager for WEST in the Waterbury, VT office. She received her bachelor’s degree in wildlife and fisheries conservation from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a certificate in tropical reforestation from The School for Field Studies, Australia. She also received her master’s degree in Biological Sciences from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Her master’s research investigated bird song differentiation and implications of climate change on avian communities demonstrating patterns of high beta diversity in Costa Rica.
