Frank + Collins is pleased to announce that Kerin E. Stackpole, SPHR of Shelburne has become a shareholder and director of the firm.
Ms. Stackpole has been employed with Paul Frank + Collins since 2011 as the leader of the Employment + Labor law team. Her practice includes providing customized in-house management and personnel training regarding a variety of labor and employment issues, as well as providing on-going legal counsel in the areas of employee conflict, employee leave issues, or other workforce changes. Ms. Stackpole is also an experienced litigator who firmly believes that the best defense against legal claims begins well before those claims are made.

Ms. Stackpole received her J.D. from the American University in Washington D.C., and her B.A. in History from Wheaton College in Norton, MA. She is an active participant in, and regular speaker for the Vermont Human Resources Association, and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Ms. Stackpole holds a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
