Paul Frank + Collins welcomes attorney James J. Pergolizzi

Paul Frank + Collins is pleased to announce the addition of James J. Pergolizzi as an associate to work on the Property + Development team. His practice will focus on commercial real estate development, finance, lease, and purchase and sale transactions.

Mr. Pergolizzi received a B.A. in Sociology-Anthropology and Music from Middlebury College, and is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, where he concentrated his studies in the areas of environmental, energy and real property law.

Prior to joining PF+C, Mr. Pergolizzi worked as an associate at Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC in Rochester, New York, where his practice focused primarily on commercial real estate transactions, land use and zoning issues, as well as drafting construction agreements and counseling clients through the construction process.

PF+C lawyer Robert Roesler said, “We are pleased to have Jim join our team, and look forward to introducing him to the community.” Mr. Pergolizzi is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and is working toward his admission in the state of Vermont.
