Drew Gingras, EI, joins VHB’s growing transportation group in Vermont

VHB announces that Drew Gingras has recently joined the firm in the transportation engineering group.

Gingras will work to further enhance the firm’s growing Vermont practice, providing bridge, roadway and culvert engineering design, and site planning services on projects such as bridge improvements in the towns of Brattleboro, Guilford and Ludlow; trail improvements on the 93-mile long Lamoille Valley Rail Trail, and he is working on New York’s accelerated bridge program supporting the NYSDOT Zone 1 Bridge Design-Build project that includes 13 bridge rehabilitations. Gingras brings a range of civil engineering and field experience to his new role. His background includes conducting site inspections, survey, and the development of engineering plans.

Prior to joining VHB, Gingras was a staff engineer at Utility Risk Management Corporation in Stowe, VT. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont, and during college interned with the UVM Transportation Research Center. Gingras lives in Burlington and is the Chair of the Vermont Branch of Young Professionals in Transportation.
