Nancy Hileman named grants manager at Shelburne Museum

Shelburne Museum Director Thomas Denenberg announced the hiring of Nancy Hileman as Grants Manager.

Prior to joining Shelburne Museum, Hileman was director of development at Lyman Allyn Art Museum in New London, Conn. In addition Hileman worked in arts administration at the Connecticut Commission on the Arts and the Oregon Arts Commission.

“Grants are a vital source of support for Shelburne Museum’s exhibitions and programs. Nancy’s wealth of experience in arts administration will well serve the museum. We are pleased that she has joined the Development Office,” said Museum Director Thomas Denenberg.

Hileman’s experience in Vermont includes serving at the first director of Frog Hollow State Craft Center in Middlebury.

Hileman resides in Vergennes.
