Robert Luce cited among top Burlington personal injury lawyers

Trial lawyer Robert B. Luce, an attorney in the Burlington office of Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC, has been recognized by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers, two of the most esteemed national peer-review publications as one of the top attorneys in Vermont representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases.

Luce is a founding board member and legal advisor to the Brain Injury Association of Vermont and has authored a number of articles concerning the pursuit of legal claims by victims of traumatic brain injury, including a recent article in the Vermont Bar Journal entitled, “Proving a ‘Mild’ Traumatic Brain Injury: A Complex but not Longer Impossible Task.” He has also given recent presentations on this topic, including an appearance on VPR’s Vermont Edition and a seminar for attorneys benefiting the BIAVT.

Luce is a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a selective, invitation-only trial lawyer honor society that recognizes superior ethical reputation as well as effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels. The organization’s membership represents less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.
