Johnson and a small group of travel professionals from across the United States were hosted by the Moroccan government’s tourism office, and by Chicago based Abercrombie and Kent (A&K).

Melinda visited Casablanca, Rabat, Fes and Marrakech. She traveled into the Sahara, partially on camel, and visited with a nomadic family of Berber descent and overnighted in a tent encampment.
