Joanne MacIsaac, NCIDQ, IIDA, LEED AP
Joanne MacIsaac joins MorrisSwitzer as Director of Interior Design bringing over 30 years of interior design and interior architecture expertise within the healthcare field. Joanne is certified with NCIDQ, a member of IIDA, and a LEED accredited professional. Prior to joining MorrisSwitzer, Joanne served as Principal of Interior Design for TRO Jung l Brannen based out of Boston, spanning three decades. Representative projects include Maine Medical Center, Newton-Wellesley Hospital and Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, Hartford, CT. Joanne will oversee all aspects of interior design throughout MorrisSwitzer’s New England locations. She has been published in several healthcare design journals and is a frequent speaker at design conferences. Joanne resides in Medford, MA.
Jennifer Lane, RA
Jennifer Lane joins MorrisSwitzer as a registered architect with over 10 years of experience. Her past architectural experience includes working with Boston based HKT Architects, where she worked on design and production teams for multiple public and educational projects, including the Holy Cross Biology Building and expansions at MIT. She is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology. Jennifer lives in Waterbury Center, VT.
Michael Kalustov, LEED AP
Michael Kalustov joins the Willston, VT office of MorrisSwitzer bringing 10 years of design experience. As a LEED accredited professional he will administer environmental guidelines to MorrisSwitzer’s healthcare projects, most recently for the Eastern Maine Medical Center design team. Prior work experience includes Payette Associates on the Radiation Oncology expansion and Image Guided OR at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and at Shepley Bulfinch where he was a medical planner for Children’s Hospital Wisconsin and Yale New Haven Cancer Center. Michael recently relocated from the Boston area to Williston, VT.
Andrea Costello
MorrisSwitzer welcomes Andrea Costello to our Williston office. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and is studying for NCIDQ certification. Andrea joins the design team for new construction at North Shore Long Island Cohen Children’s Hospital. She enjoys using 3Ds Max to create photo-realistic renderings. She resides in New Haven, Vermont with her twin sister.
Ken Grobb
Ken Grob joins our Williston office as IT Manager for all locations of MorrisSwitzer. Ken graduated from Champlain College with a BS in Computer Networking and Information Security. Ken’s previous work includes Hampton Direct, Williston, VT as an IT Intern. He is also a part of the volunteer IT staff for the Service Rendered Teen Centers and offices in Burlington, Winooski, and Rutland. Ken is originally from Pennsylvania.
Alicia Fligg
New to accounting and office management at MorrisSwitzer is assistant Alicia Fligg. She has extensive experience in office administration and customer service. Alicia’s previous work includes Moulton Concrete, LLC in Lebanon, NH as Office Manager. Alicia is a native of New England.
