Francine Serwili-Ngunga, Diversity Recruitment and Retention Specialist at the Burlington School District, has been selected to receive a 2012 Governor's Award for Outstanding Community Service. This award honors individuals, groups and businesses that best exemplify the spirit of volunteerism and community service in Vermont. The award ceremony will be held at the State House in Montpelier on Saturday, June 9th at 1:00 p.m.
