Patrick J. Bernal joins Manchester law practice as trial attorney

Patrick J. Bernal, of Manchester, has joined the law practice of Witten, Woolmington & Campbell, P.C. as a trial attorney.

Commenting on Bernal joining the firm was partner Ed Campbell, “Patrick’s background makes him an excellent addition to our firm. Patrick’s experience in litigating complex commercial matters, including insurance disputes, is a major plus for our clients.”

Prior to joining Witten, Woolmington & Campbell, P.C., Bernal worked at Ford Marrin Esposito Witemeyer & Gleser, L.L.P. in Manhattan for over six years, where he handled insurance coverage disputes, contracts, and civil litigation for a variety of clients.

Bernal was admitted to the New York bar in January 2005, and is admitted to practice law before the federal courts in the District of Vermont, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. His admission in the Vermont state courts is pending.

Bernal graduated from Colby College magna cum laude, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies. He received his law degree from Boston College. While in law school, Bernal was Managing Editor of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest.
