Mater Christi School recently reorganized its Advancement Department, separating Development and Marketing. Mrs. Jennifer Behr, who was Mater Christi’s Director of Advancement, is now their Director of Marketing and Communications. A new Director of Development, Mrs. Sarah Lavoie, has been hired by the school and will work closely with Mrs. Behr.
Mrs. Lavoie comes to this position with a long career in sales, marketing, and project management, most recently at GE Healthcare as Customer Program Manager. Mrs. Lavoie is not new to Mater Christi School - she has volunteered many hours most recently as a member of the MCS Board of Trustees and Co-President of the Parent Teacher Organization.
Mrs. Lavoie and her husband Dr. John Lavoie and their two children reside in Burlington.
The Mater Christi School administration feels that Mrs. Lavoie’s experience in sales and in managing programs to keep customers engaged, informed, and sharing their ideas will be invaluable in this new position.
