A native to the Lake Champlain Valley, Karen possesses local insight and expert knowledge of the region and communities she serves. She is especially dedicated to ensuring that customers and clients experience a smooth and seamless real estate process by paying careful attention to detail and providing exceptional personal service. Karen is a graduate of the State University of New York, Plattsburgh where she earned a BA in Business Management. She possesses extensive experience and knowledge in economic & community development, land use planning, housing, commercial & downtown development, marketing and sales. She has also taken an active role in philanthropy and community outreach serving several non-profit organizations as executive director, board president and director of development in support of education, the arts and community programming.
Karen lives with her husband and two children in South Burlington, where she has resided for over twenty years. Her son currently is attending Champlain College and is a sophomore. She has been an active volunteer for over fifteen years in the South Burlington School district, City of South Burlington and St. John VianneyChurch. Karen enjoys walking, hiking, gardening and traveling. Additionally, she enjoys attending her children’s sporting events and spending time with friends and family!
