Over the past few months, Vermont Teddy Bear Company has added some new faces to their team and promoted several team members.
Dave Baumes recently joined the team in the middle of January as the Company’s Senior Financial Analyst. Dave is responsible for financial reporting functions.
Victor Castro joined the team as the Director of eCommerce Operations. Victor is responsible for leading, developing and maintaining the online (ecommerce) store assets.
Todd Dunn and Kurt Hogentogler have been added to the IeT team as Interactive Web Designers. They are providing thought leadership, design and development of the user interfaces and usability needs associate with The Vermont Teddy Bear Company’s web properties.
Jay Bruns has been brought on as the VP of Brand Management. Jay is responsible for leading the Brand organization for Vermont Teddy Bear Company.
Derek Coffrin joined the team as the Help Desk Specialist. Derek provides help desk support for Vermont Teddy Bear Company’s employees and onsite contractors.
Sarah Neith has been added as the PajamaGram Merchandiser. Sarah is working to identify and implement engaging effective merchandising strategies that drive sales.
Chris Jones is a new receiving specialist for the company. Chris processes daily receiving of materials and returns and distributes to appropriate departments.
Cari Sterling joined the team at the beginning of January as PajamaGram Product Designer. Cari is responsible for research, development and presentation of sleepwear designs for the PajamaGram line of our business.
Along with the new employees, VTB would like to announce some internal promotions. Glenn Lambert has recently been promoted from PJ Lead Picking Specialist to Order Processing Supervisor. Glenn is responsible for day-to-day management of Order Processing staff and workflow.
Peter Vant has recently been promoted from Customer Relations Specialist to Order Fulfillment Supervisor. Peter is responsible for day-to-day management of Order Fulfillment staff and workflow.
Sara McDonald has been promoted from Merchandising Coordinator to PajamaGram Merchandiser. Sara is working to identify and implement engaging effective merchandising strategies that drive sales.
Ryan Houston has been promoted from Distribution Center Generalist to Warehouse Specialist III. Ryan now has all daily warehouse distribution tasks and transportation responsibilities.
