The Waterbury Tourism Council has elected a new Board of Directors for 2012.
New board members include:
• Mark Frier, owner of The Reservoir Restaurant and Tap Room
• Jeff Smith, Director of Sales at the Best Western
Board Members re-elected to a two-year term include:
• Willie Docto (Board Treasurer), co-owner of Moose Meadow Lodge
• John Barkwick, co-owner of the Old Stagecoach Inn.
Other board members include:
• President: Laura Parette – Laura Parette Design
• Vice President: Amy Weller – Ben & Jerry’s
• Co -Secretary: Margo Sayah - Cabot Creamery Annex
• Co-Secretary: Kathy Murphy - Resort Maps
• Kathy Powell – J.K. Adams The Kitchen Store
The Waterbury Tourism Council (WTC) is composed of more than 50 businesses that promote the Waterbury area to visitors. Members include lodging, restaurants, shops, tourist attractions, and other businesses that provide services to tourists or WTC members.
