Vermont Chamber of Commerce welcomes new Director of Events

The Vermont Chamber of Commerce welcomes a new member to the team. Juanita Galloway joins the Vermont Chamber of Commerce as the new Director of Events. She brings a proven track record in event planning and management and comes directly from Microsoft Corporation, where she planned and executed events for the software vendor and industry leader.

She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Business and Spanish from Eckerd College, St. Petersburg, Florida, is a trained chef with an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from the Seattle Culinary Academy and lives in Shelburne, VT with her husband and son.

Annually the Vermont Chamber of Commerce holds 11 events which provide tangible networking opportunities for our members to promote their business in specific and focused market segments to develop new contacts, learn about new demands for products and services, and hear what’s happening in the legislative arena. From the Vermont Business & Industry EXPO, northern New England’s largest, business-to-business, networking trade show, and the Vermont Chamber’s Aerospace and Aviation Association (VAAA) for manufacturers and supply chain partners, to the Vermont Hospitality Gala and Citizen of the Year, these events foster and promote business, as well as celebrate our member companies and the people whose contributions make Vermont a better place to live, work and do business.

Our networking opportunities provide:

• Niche access to statewide membership for trusted referrals and introductions

• Premier events throughout the year for every member

• Procurement, sourcing & supply chain matchmaking opportunities

For more information on events, please contact Juanita Galloway, Director of Events, at [email protected].
