Ken Gibbons, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Union Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Joel S. Bourassa to the Bank’s Northern New Hampshire Advisory Board. Bourassa, General Manager of InnSeason Resorts Pollard Brook in Lincoln, NH brings extensive travel and tourism experience as well as strong ties to the community.
Bourassa is Chairman of the North Woodstock, NH select board and has been a Selectman for the past 12 years; he is Vice Chairman of Lodging and Chairman of the Government Affairs Committee for the New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association; and, the President of the Lincoln Woodstock Chamber of Commerce (2009-11); as well as a member of the Government Affairs Committee for the New England Region of the American Resort Development Association. He serves as the Welfare Officer for the Town of Woodstock, is on the Board of Directors for the Lin-Wood Ambulance Services, is an active member of the Lincoln Woodstock Rotary Club, and is an advisor to the Lincoln Woodstock Student Interact Cub. Bourassa is also a current Board Member and Treasurer for the Loon Mountain Race Team.
Union Bank has three Advisory Boards each covering a portion of the Bank’s service area. Advisory Board members act as ambassadors for the Bank. The boards have lending authority and members represent the Bank at community functions and make recommendations to management for new products, growth opportunities and areas needing improvement.
